I once believed sex wasn’t that important, and that passion inevitably faded. Exploring my own sexuality opened up possibilities for pleasure I hadn’t imagined.
When I met the love of my life in 2021, I wanted a different kind of relationship. I also knew that meant showing up differently myself.
Learning. Living. Choosing each other.
In 2022, I completed Layla Martin’s Sex, Love and Relationship Coaching Certification. Training and books have taught me a lot; practicing within my own relationship has mattered most.
We keep prioritizing dates and choosing each other. Sharing that practice is why we started UNDRESSED.
